Refund & Replacement Policy
At Narvaez Flowers and Gift Shop, we take great pride in providing beautiful, high-quality floral arrangements and gifts. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our refund and replacement policy below.
No Same-Day Delivery
We do not offer same-day delivery. All orders placed for delivery will be fulfilled the next business day at the earliest. Please plan accordingly when placing your order.
No Refunds on Holiday or Seasonal Purchases
Due to high demand and the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on holiday or seasonal floral arrangements, including but not limited to Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas orders.
Reporting an Issue
If you receive an item that is damaged or does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to request a resolution. We are happy to offer a replacement or minor substitutions as needed.
To process your request, we require the following:
- A clear photo of the damaged or unsatisfactory item.
- An email sent to narvaezflowersandgiftshop@gmail.com with your order details and the attached photo.
- A phone call to our shop at 956.791.1446 to discuss the issue.
Substitutions
If a specific flower or item is unavailable, we reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall look and quality of the arrangement.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Same-day and holiday orders cannot be canceled or refunded once processed.
